An application under the 2013 Single Payment Scheme (SPS) was received from the herdowner named by my Department in November, 2015. Having reviewed the circumstances of the case, this application has been approved and payment under the 2013 SPS issued in June of this year.
On foot of this decision, entitlements under the Basic Payment Scheme will now be established under the above herdnumber and parties concerned will be notified.
