376. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of serving and retired Deputies and Senators in receipt of a teacher's pension; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25074/16]
View answerDetails of other employments, either prior to or subsequent to the award of a teacher's pension are not recorded on the Retired Teacher Payroll of my Department as the information is not required for the ongoing payment of pension. Regrettably therefore it is not possible to provide the information sought by the Deputy.
