498. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Education and Skills the status of an application for funding by a school (details supplied) for additional accommodation to alleviate serious overcrowding in classrooms which were provided in 1950; and if he will expedite a positive response. I can confirm that the school referred to by the Deputy has submitted an application to my Department for additional accommodation. A decision will be conveyed to the school as soon as the application has been assessed.
