View answerMy Department is consulting with the Office of the Attorney General on the implications of the judgment and assessing possible ways forward. The paramount objective of any future action to be taken to address the impact of the judgment will be to clarify the jurisdiction of the Circuit Court with a view to ensuring orderly management and discharge of court business.
