Deputy James Browne asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government his plans for the downgrading of the turnover requirements for construction companies tendering for house building contracts, considering that many companies are struggling to meet the turnover requirements due to the low build rate in the construction sector in the past five years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
