Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government if he will release the inspection records in relation to a case (details supplied) from Cavan County Council to the ISPCA, in view of the level of public reaction over a television programme (details supplied) in May 2016. The regulation of dog breeding establishments is a matter for local authorities in accordance with the Dog Breeding Establishments Act 2010 and I have no function in this matter.
