Deputy Frank O'Rourke asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the names of the holders of the position of Government Chief Information Officer, their dates of employment and vacancy periods from 2010 to date, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The position of Government Chief Information Officer was established in June 2013. Following this appointment the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform was established in July 2013. The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) replaced the previous Centre for Management and Organisation Development (CMOD). Tim Duggan occupied the post of Head of CMOD/Chief Information Officer with CMOD up to 6 June 2013. 

The following are the names of the holders of Government Chief Information Officer with OGCIO since June 2013, including dates of employment and the dates the position was vacant.
