View answerAn application under the 2016 Basic Payment/Areas of Natural Constraint Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 20 April 2016. Following processing a dual claim was disclosed in respect of one land parcel declared on this application. The person named responded to my Department's preliminary notification stating that he had the right to declare this parcel. My Department has requested further information from the person named in support of his claim to this parcel. As soon as this information is received, the application can be further processed.
