381. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health the level of social worker care available for oncology patients at eight designated cancer centres and one satellite hospital (details supplied); the number of social workers to patients ratio; the waiting list for access to a social worker and the coverage available that is 24 hours, twice weekly and so on; his plans to increase this ratio; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
