Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government his plans to change the regulations in respect of protected dog breeds in view of the recent report received by him from Veterinary Ireland on the subject; the timescale and process that will be involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
