An application under the 2016 Basic Payment Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 25 August 2016, thus incurring 100% late penalty. My Department is currently reviewing the case following a written request from the person named. This review will be completed at the earliest possible opportunity and the applicant will be notified directly of the outcome.
