Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 205 of 6 October 2016, the timeframe for the commencement of Parts 2 and 3 of the Act; the steps he is taking to address concerns regarding the interim period; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
