319. Deputy Pat Deering asked the Minister for Social Protection when a person (details supplied) will receive a response regarding an application for an exceptional needs payment for home heating oil; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [31670/16]

An application for an exceptional needs payment from the person concerned has been awarded and a payment issued on 17th October 2016.
