101. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if and when jobseeker's allowance will issue in the case of a person (details suplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [32473/16]

According to the records of this Department, the person concerned has no jobseeker's allowance claim registered and there is no record of a claim being submitted.
