Deputy Seán Crowe asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 71 of 7 July 2016, if she has made the necessary appointments to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal; and, if not, when it will be fully staffed and working at full capacity to review claims and appeals. I can inform the Deputy that I made six appointments to the Tribunal in August last and consequently there are no current vacancies on the Tribunal.
