321. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of high outpost ballast system, HOBS, trains operated by Iarnród Éireann; the cost of each HOBS train and the year purchased; if contracts are in place with private companies to discharge ballast throughout the rail network; the value of the contracts; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
