134. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for Education and Skills if his attention has been drawn to the fact that additional funding is required by a school (details supplied) to upgrade the building and improve access for persons with a disability, especially those who require the use of a wheelchair; his plans to provide this funding; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department's Planning and Building Unit has no record of receiving an application for funding from the school to which the Deputy refers.  If such an application is received it will be fully considered and a decision will issue directly to the school authority.
