484. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will grant a single farm payment to a person (details supplied) without further delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [35746/16]
View answerAn application under the 2016 Basic Payment Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 11 November 2016, thus incurring a 100% late penalty. The case has been reviewed on Force Majeure grounds, following which, the late penalty has been waived. The application has now been fully processed and any payments due will issue as soon as possible to the nominated bank account.
