327. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection if he will review the recovery of debt in the case of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [37172/16]

My Department is in contact with this lady with regard to the recovery of the debt. On 16 November 2016, the debt recovery officer outlined a number of recovery options to this lady and is awaiting a response.
