Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the number of staff from his Department who have appealed against secondment per annum from 2010 to date in 2016, in tabular form; the appeals mechanism involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department of Public Expenditure and Reform was established in 2011. No staff from the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform have appealed against secondment from 2011 to 2016.
