Deputy Mary Butler asked the Minister for Education and Skills the current borrowings of all HEA funded higher education institutions here; the original value and date of the loan; the purpose of the loan; the repayment schedules; the interest rates; the lenders; and the nature of any State guarantee or underwriting of the loan, in tabular form.
