321. Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Social Protection the status of an application by a person (details supplied) in County Kildare for farm assist; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39891/16]
View answerIn relation to the client's application for Farm Assist, a request for documentation was sent to the person concerned on 05/12/2016. When these documents are received and assessed by the Social Welfare Inspector, arrangements will be made to visit the farm to complete the means assessment and a decision on his claim will follow.
