An application in respect of the 2013 Single Farm Payment was received from the person named on 11 May 2016 thus incurring a 100%late penalty. An appeal was submitted and has been reviewed.
It has been decided to waive the late penalty in this case. The application will now be processed on this basis and any payments due will issue to the nominated bank account of the person named as soon as possible.
