View answerThe identification and assessment of proposals to reform the current licensing regime for large public service vehicles is ongoing since last year with a view to eliminating the overlap and duplication that currently exists in the current LPSV licensing regime. As my Department is still examining the overall approach to the reform package, I am not in a position to give further details until recommendations are submitted to me for consideration.
