431. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if a decision has been taken by the agriculture appeals office to hold all oral appeals hearings in Port Laoise; the reason for this; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [40572/16]

To date 315 oral hearings have been held in 2016 in locations convenient for the Appellant. There has been no decision to hold all oral hearings in Portlaoise.
