452. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to set out the status of the progress towards the programme for Government commitment to review the Agriculture Appeals Act 2001. [40883/16]
View answerThe current status of the commitment is that a preliminary assessment is being undertaken in order to identify appropriate arrangements for implementing the review. This includes assessment of legal considerations arising and appropriate arrangements for consultation. It is expected that a consultation process will commence shortly.
