Deputy Seán Haughey asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the fact that elderly persons living on the State pension applying to Dublin City Council for housing adaptation grants are faced with a three-year waiting time for an occupational therapist's report in Dublin central; the way in which and when he will make sufficient funds available to clear the waiting list; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
