Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the cost per year for the past three years of the storing and archiving of her Department's files and records at off-site locations by third party companies and at State-owned storage facilities; and if she will make a statement on the matter. View answerThe cost of storage and archiving files for my Department for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 is set out in tabular format below. Certain offices of my Department use State owned buildings for some offsite file storage at locations in Carlow and Mullingar. However, this is provided by the OPW at no cost to my Department.
