Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of examiners and assessors appointed by the State Examinations Commission who have not been reappointed due to failure to comply with protocol for each of the past five years; the procedure in place to ensure that examiners and assessors comply with protocols in relation to confidentiality and fair and accurate assessment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
