Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of examiners and assessors appointed by the State Examinations Commission who have been re-appointed at a lower level in their respective subjects due to concerns about compliance with protocol for each of the past five years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
