597. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Social Protection the status of an application for a disability allowance for a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41717/16]

This lady has been and continues to be in receipt of disability allowance.

Following a routine review of entitlement, my department remains satisfied that the conditions for the scheme continue to be met by the person in question.
