675. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Social Protection when a decision will be made on a carer's allowance application in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1946/17]
View answerI confirm that my Department received an application for carer’s allowance from the person concerned on 17 November 2016. The application is currently being processed and once completed, the person concerned will be notified directly of the outcome.
I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
