728. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will confirm ownership of a pier (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [41622/16]

I am advised by the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland that they have no title to Kilkeveragh Pier in Portmagee, Co. Kerry.

My officials have made extensive enquiries on your behalf and I am satisfied that my office has no responsibility for this Pier.
