Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Education and Skills further to a parliamentary reply issued in respect of a person (details supplied), if he will review claims dating back to 1996 in view of the fact that the person was on an incorrect rate of PRSI from that time; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerOfficials in my Department forwarded the relevant documentation regarding the misclassification of PRSI to the Department of Social Protection (DSP) on this case. A letter issued to the person referred to by the Deputy on 15 December 2016 setting out the position and explaining that any refund due will issue to her on receipt of the monies in this Department from the DSP.
