Deputy Bobby Aylward asked the Minister for Health if the Health Service Executive Capital Plan for 2017 will provide funding for completion of phase two of the current developments at St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny, including the Susie Long Hospice, which is an integral part of this project; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
