Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of procurement contracts over each of the past five years over a value of or equivalent to €25,000 that have been awarded by his Department to companies based in Northern Ireland or Britain; the value of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
