508. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when his Department's TAMS information technology systems will be upgraded to allow the deletion of over claims; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5461/17]

Work is underway to update the TAMS II payments system to allow for the processing of over claims and it is anticipated that this functionality will be available in a matter of weeks.
