Deputy Mattie McGrath asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of times buses were used to replace the train service from Waterford to Limerick Junction in recent years; the reason the use of buses was necessitated; the cost associated with same; the number of passengers that needed to be accommodated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
