412. Deputy Mary Butler asked the Minister for Health the number of patients awaiting follow-up appointments for knee and hip operations at University Hospital Waterford in each of the years 2012 to 2016 and to date in 2017, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [6908/17]
