549. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a decision will issue to a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8519/17]

The person named is an applicant under the Dairy Equipment Scheme measure of the Targeted Agricultural Modernisation Scheme (TAMS 11). There is an issue with an over claim in this case which will be finalised as soon as possible.
