Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine his plans to reopen the knowledge transfer programme in 2017; if so, when this scheme is likely to commence and when persons will be in a position to apply for same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAt present no decision has been made in relation to a possible reopening of the Knowledge Transfer Programme in 2017. However, in common with other measures under the Rural Development Programme, monitoring of targets and associated budgets is ongoing over the life of the Programme, in conjunction with the annual estimates process.
