The Agriculture Appeals Office has confirmed that the person named lodged an appeal on 30 January 2017 in relation to the National Reserve 2015 and Young Farmers Scheme 2015. My Department has provided the statement and file to the Director. An Authorisation form to nominate his personal representative has issued to the person named for completion. On receipt of the completed form the file will be assigned to an Appeals Officer who will be in contact with the person named.
