Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the tribunals established under the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Acts 1921 to 2011, in tabular form; the number of days each tribunal sat; the gross cost of each tribunal; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Since my appointment as Minister, no tribunals of inquiry have been established in my Department under the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Acts 1921 to 2011.
