381. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the moneys spent on the Leader programme in each year since 2014, by county, in tabular form; the status of these payments versus target in each county; the payments that have been granted but not drawn down in each county; her views on the performance of the programme to date; if there will be an underspend in the programme; her plans to address this issue; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
