Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Health if he will ensure a replacement consultant orthodontist in Loughlinstown hospital to address the fact that persons in need of orthodontic surgery cannot get a referral to St. James's Hospital as was the case in the past; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
