Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Health the number of persons that died of suicide within 24 hours of being discharged from or having left St. James's Hospital, the Mater Hospital, James Connolly Memorial Hospital, Beaumont Hospital or St. Vincent's Hospital for each of the past five years.
