Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence the number of freedom of information requests received by his Department on which the Office of the Chief State Solicitor has incurred expenses for each of the past three years and to date in 2017; and the amount of fees for counsel and other legal costs incurred, respectively, for each of the past three years and to date in 2017. My Department has not received any Freedom of Information requests in the past three years in which the Chief State Solicitor’s Office had any involvement.
