Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of persons who applied for the basic payment scheme, single payment scheme, disadvantaged area scheme and areas of natural constraint scheme who have made any kind of application to the High Court to review or appeal any decision of his Department for each of the years from 2011 to 2016 and to date in 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
