View answerThe General Employment Permit renewal application for the person concerned was refused on the 18/11/2016 on the grounds that the remuneration offered was less than the annual remuneration stated on the original employment permit and the renewal application was not accompanied by required copies of payslips.
A request for a review of this decision was received on the 12/12/2016. Having examined this review request, the Reviewing Officer upheld the decision in this case on the 13/03/2017 and the applicant has been notified of this decision in writing.
