Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Education and Skills the status of an application to his Department by a school (details supplied) for an extension to include new classrooms and a hall in view of the fact that the application has been with his Department for some time; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The application to which the Deputy refers is currently being considered by my Department. My Department expects to be in further contact with the school authority in the matter shortly.
